Michael G. Kimelman has served as Chairman of the Board of Naturxan LLC since its inception on January 8, 2009. He has also served as a director and Chairman of the Board of Igene Biotechnology, Inc. since 1991. At that time and through the present, Mr. Kimelman has been a founder and member of Kimelman & Baird, LLC, an investment advisory firm. Mr. Kimelman also serves on the board and the executive committee of the Hambletonian Society and on the advisory counsel at the Hackley School, a private college preparatory school in Tarrytown, New York. |

Sidney R. Knafel, Board Member |

Sidney R. Knafel has served on the Board of Directors of Naturxan, LLC since January 2009 and on the Board of Directors of Igene Biotechnology, Inc. since 1982. He has also been Managing Partner of SRK Management Company, a private investment company located in New York City, since 1981 and has served as Chairman of Insight Communications, Inc. since 1985. Mr. Knafel is also currently a director of General American Investors Company, Inc., and of VirtualScopics, Inc., as well as a number of private companies. |

Kris Lutt has served as a Director on the Board of Naturxan, LLC since its inception on January 8, 2009. Kris is currently advisor, Office of the Chairman at ADM, a position that seeks to enhance performance by coordinating activities of the Company's executive leadership team. Kris joined ADM in 2002 and previously served as general manager, Specialty Feed Ingredients. In this position, he was responsible for ADM's global amino acid business, which includes sales offices in Europe, China, Singapore, Australia, Brazil, Mexico and the United States. Prior to that appointment he served as vice president, Corn Processing; and earlier as the general manager, ADM/LSI, a food-ingredient distribution network. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Nebraksa and an MBA from Illinois State University. Additionally, Kris is a member of the board of directors of Red Star Yeast, serves on the College of Business Advisory Council for Illinois State University, and is a Vice Chairman, Food and Agriculture on the Illinois Biotechnology Industry Organization board of directors (iBIO). |

Thomas L. Kempner has served on the Board of Directors of Naturxan, LLC since January 2009. He has also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and has been a director of Igene Biotechnology, Inc. since its inception in 1981. He also has been Chairman and Chief Executive officer of Loeb Partners Corporation, investment bankers, New York, and its predecessors since 1978. Mr. Kempner is also currently a director of Dyax Corporation, FuelCell Energy, Inc., Intersections, Inc., and Northwest Airlines, Inc. (now part of Delta Airlines), Emeritus. |

Brian Leslie has served as Secretary and a Director on Naturxan, LLC’s Board of Directors since January 8, 2009. Mr. Leslie was appointed Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Archer Daniels Midland Company in 2003. |

Kevin Moore, Board Member |

Kevin Moore has served as a Director on the Board of Naturxan, LLC since its inception January 8, 2009. He currently holds the position of Vice President and General Manager of Specialty Feed Ingredients at ADM. He has responsibility for the global business of ADM’s feed amino acids lysine and threonine. In addition, he also has operational responsibilities for four of ADM's specialty manufacturing plants. Kevin leads the Performance Management initiative for ADM and participates on the corporate committee for Enterprise Risk Management. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. |
